Yes — we work from your outdoor tap and a power point. We bring every bit of equipment, product and know-how; we just need water and power we can reach. If you're in an apartment car park with neither, call us before you book and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

An Exterior Detail is usually 1–1.5 hours, an Interior Detail 1.5–2 hours, and the SJ Complete Detail 3–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the car. We'll give you a realistic window when we confirm your booking rather than an optimistic one.

Because it's the only honest way to price a car we haven't seen. Listed prices assume a vehicle in average condition — heavy sand, pet hair, stains or a car that hasn't been washed in months takes materially longer. Photos let us confirm your real price before the booking instead of surprising you with it on the day.

Light rain is usually fine if there's a carport or garage. If the weather makes it impossible to do the job properly we'll call you the day before and move it — no charge, and your deposit carries across.

Not the whole time. We just need access to the car and somewhere to park the van. Plenty of customers leave the keys and go to work — we'll send photos when it's done and take payment remotely.

The deposit holds your time slot and comes straight off the total. The balance is paid on the day once the job's done. Reschedule with 24 hours' notice and it carries over to your new date.

Yes — it's one of the most common jobs we do. It's slow work, which is why it's a separate add-on from $30 rather than something we quietly build into every price. Send a photo of the back seat and we'll tell you exactly what it'll cost.

We're based in West Melbourne and cover the western and inner-western suburbs — the full list is further up this page. There's no call-out fee anywhere on it. If you're just outside, call us; we'll usually still come.
